Marketing Assistant

The marketing assistant is responsible for implementing new and engaging campaigns to grow interest in ADI products and services, drive traffic to our sites (online store and registration platform), and increase revenue. The marketing assistant will also be involved in creating promotional events, compelling video-based content, traditional media strategies for print advertising, and updating websites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain expertise in ADI’s products and services

  • Gather and analyze consumer behavior data in web traffic and rankings
  • Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics
  • Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
  • Assist in setting brand standards
  • Improve reach to customers through SEO campaigns
  • Ideate and coordinate with the marketing design and content teams
  • Assist in the creation of SEO, content, and design strategies
  • Collaborate to generate digital and print advertising material
  • Maintain and update records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed
  • Present forecasts, metrics, and any relevant information to senior leadership
  • Other duties, as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant field

  • Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
  • Experience with Adobe Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • In-depth understanding of the industry and its position in the market

Preferred Experience

  • SEO/SEM campaigns and digital tools
  • Website development, maintenance, and optimization
  • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Creating print and video-based promotional materials
  • Use of marketing technology applications such as web analytics and Google AdWords
